Monochroma is a beautifully atmospheric puzzle-platformer game set in a dystopian world. The game follows the story of two brothers as they navigate through a desolate cityscape, overcoming obstacles and solving puzzles to unravel the dark secrets that have engulfed their world. We begin the adventure in an alternate reality of 1950. We meet the two protagonists. When the younger of the siblings suffers an accident, we carry him on our back in search of medical help. Soon we also discover a secret about a corporation that produces robots to serve humans. The game combines platform elements with puzzles. From time to time we have to poke around to switch some kind of switch that will activate a trapdoor or open a door. The puzzles are not overly complicated, and a certain difficulty is the moments when we have to leave our younger brother. you get a pleasant, sometimes challenging puzzle game, with an interesting story.
