Devil May Cry 4 (Special Edition) is an action hack and slash game that puts players in control of the demon hunter, Nero, as he battles against hordes of enemies and epic bosses in a gothic-inspired world. Control not just the series protagonist Dante, but also a brand new character, Nero. Nero wields a unique Devil Bringer arm that allows him to unleash powerful attacks and grapple enemies. As in previous Devil May Cry games, chain stylish combos with Dante’s dual swords and pistols or Nero’s revolver and Devil Bringer for high style ranks and more points. The Special Edition expands the roster with Vergil, Lady, and Trish as playable characters, each with their own distinct combat styles and weapons, offering a fresh way to experience the story. Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition builds upon the foundation of the original Devil May Cry 4, so the story remains largely unchanged. The Special Edition offers a significant boost in content with multiple playable characters and a brutal new difficulty mode.
